Guacamole



3 Avocados, mashed
1 Lime, juiced
1 tsp Salt
1 pinch of Black Pepper
1/2 C Onion, diced
3 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 T garlic, minced


Placed avocados in a large bowl and mash.  Add remaining ingredients and combine well.  Be sure to cover leftovers in a tightly sealed bowl.  Avocados will turn brown quickly if not sealed tightly.

Tim said it would have been a 10 if the avocados were ripe.  (stinker)
